Our I-Paint and I-Membrane, when applied to roofs and building exteriors, can reject 42% of surface heat, provide 95% solar reflectivity, 95% mid-infrared emissivity, and deliver up to 40% energy savings with a payback period of 1-3 years.
I-Paint
Our solar heat blocking products are designed and engineered for metal roofs, flat roofs, various shingle types, siding, and stuccos. Our products can reflect 95% of the sun's heat. By reflecting the heat away, the interior stays cooler, reduces the need for air conditioning, and enhances energy efficiency by maintaining a comfortable, constant temperature inside. I-Paint has an ASTM E84 Class A fire rating. This is the highest standard for fire resistance in the U.S.
I-Membrane
This is a solar heat blocking membrane like the I-Paint, it can achieve the same results as the I-Paint. It is a durable product which can withstand light traffic on a roof. It is a one step process compared to the I-Paint, which is a three part process. This membrane has a ASTM E84 Class A fire rating. This is the highest standard for fire resistance in the U.S..
I-Film
The I-Film offers up to 94% mid-infrared emissivity, preventing heat from entering the interior. It is one of the most advanced films available, using multilayer reflection and refraction to greatly reduce indoor temperatures while providing clear visibility and blocking 99.9% of UV rays and infrared radiation. The I-Film enables solar-powered cooling that requires no energy or refrigerants and surpasses the performance of the latest insulation products. It is an excellent solution for keeping a building cool and comfortable without relying on air conditioning.
